Brosh Pharma was founded on a simple belief: pharmacists can do more. With the right credentials, the right model, and the right partnerships, clinical pharmacy can transform patient outcomes.

Pharmacist independent prescribing has transformed primary care in the UK. Brosh Pharma Consulting's vision is to demonstrate that the same model can work in the United States. Not in theory. In practice, in communities, with documented outcomes.
Our mission is to build clinical pharmacy practices that close the gap between what pharmacists are qualified to do and what the US healthcare system currently allows them to do — starting with tribal health communities and independent pharmacy partners, and expanding from there.
Pharmacy leadership across community, clinical, and operational settings
Years of public-facing pharmacist communication experience
Compliance achieved on Valproate Pregnancy Prevention and Lithium safety monitoring
Clinical review targets exceeded across chronic care initiatives

Angela Brosh spent 22 years building one of the most varied and distinguished pharmacy careers in the UK — from Boots community pharmacy to NHS primary care prescribing clinics, from 10 Downing Street health summits to live Q&As with Asthma UK and Macmillan.
The common thread through all of it was a conviction that pharmacists are under-used. Angela's Practice Certificate in Prescribing gave her the qualifications to run diabetic clinics, prescribe independently, and take clinical ownership of patient outcomes in a way most pharmacists in the world aren't yet permitted to do.
Brosh Pharma is the next chapter: taking that clinical model to the United States, beginning with tribal health communities and independent pharmacies. The goal isn't just to run good pharmacies. It's to show what pharmacy looks like when clinicians are trusted to lead.
BPC is built on the belief that pharmacy should be both clinically excellent and deeply human. The work is practical, clear, and focused on improving real outcomes for patients, communities, and pharmacy partners.
Patients, families, and communities come first. Clinical pharmacy should make healthcare feel clearer, safer, and more accessible.
The best pharmacy solutions work in the real world. BPC focuses on clear steps, safe systems, and services teams can actually implement.
Medication safety, prescribing governance, and patient outcomes are central to every recommendation, partnership, and service model.
BPC’s long-term goal is bigger than one venture: it is about elevating the role pharmacists can play in American public health.
