No. BPC operates strictly in an advisory, training, and clinical oversight capacity. We design clinical service models, build governance and safety systems, and train pharmacy teams — but medication is dispensed and patient care is delivered by licensed pharmacists at our partner sites, under their own state licensure.

Angela is a UK-registered Clinical Pharmacist and Independent Prescriber with the General Pharmaceutical Council, with over 22 years of clinical practice. Her prescribing registration is held in the United Kingdom. In the US, she works in a consulting, training, and clinical oversight capacity, partnering with US-licensed pharmacists who carry clinical and regulatory accountability at the point of care.
